Thankfully, this is the one of the first Springtimes that BC Grizzly Bears will not be awakening from hibernation to the barking of hunting dogs, shots from a gun or a strike from an arrow.
We celebrate the beginning of a new era in our society where wildlife is gaining the respect and compassion of more and more of our citizens. The vast majority of people understand that it is wrong to senselessly kill animals for trophies and the laws are starting to change.
